Twin Tower Desiccant & Refrigerated Air Dryers
Standalone Twin Tower Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer(STT Air Dryer Series)
Designed to replace an existing heatless dryer in a plant or suitable where a customer already has excess compressed air available with a suitably sized wet air receiver tank to go before the dryer.
Easy startup at the site with minimal expertise.
Custom-designed to meet your process flow rate requirements and pressures up to 10 Barg or 145 Psig.
Suitable to generate a pressure dew point of – 40 Deg C or lower.
Field Expandable Standalone Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer(FES Air Dryer Series)
FES heatless twin tower dryer grows with your operation & dry air flow output of the system can be increased by adding additional towers in the future instead of investing again in a whole new dryer system as long as the FES dryer can be supplied with the required excess compressed air. Allows easy expansion at the site.
Easy start-up at the site with minimal expertise.
Custom-designed to meet your process flow rate requirements and pressures up to 10 Barg or 145 Psig.
Suitable to generate a pressure dew point of -40 Deg C or lower.
Standalone Refrigerated Dryer (Standard or Energy Saving)
Designed to replace an existing refrigerated dryer in a plant or suitable where a customer already has excess compressed air available with a suitably sized wet air receiver tank to go before the dryer.
Easy start-up at the site with minimal expertise.
Standard & custom options are available to meet your process flow rate requirements and pressures up to 14 Barg or 203 Psig.
Suitable to generate a pressure dew point of +3 to +5 Deg C.

How a Heatless Twin Tower Desiccant Air Dryer Works
Working Principle
The pressure swing adsorption(PSA) process is designed around two or more adsorber towers which are filled with Activated Alumina or Molecular Sieve Desiccant. An Air compressor is used to supply wet compressed air which is further treated with a set of filtration to make compressed air completely free of any heavy aerosol( suspended fine solid, liquid, or oil) discharge. oil-free air then enters the adsorber tower where Activated Alumina or Molecular Sieve desiccant has a strong affinity for water vapor molecules therefore these molecules get adsorbed to the Activated Alumina or Molecular Sieve desiccant porous surface under pressure and dry air is collected at the outlet. when one tower is under adsorption, another tower is regenerated by reducing the tower pressure close to atmospheric pressure to release the adsorbed water vapors and allowing a small amount of dry air as purge air to remove any leftover moisture, the cycle repeats itself to produce dry air continuously.
How a Refrigerated Air Dryer Works
Working Principle
A refrigerated air dryer rapidly cools down the compressed air passing through to +3 to +5 Deg C that in turn helps to condense the water vapors into liquid & draining it through the auto drain valve.
